Subscriptions

General

You will be charged based on the subscription plan you select, as set forth on the pricing page of the App. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge you for the transaction. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly outlined in the Refund Policy.

Subscription Fees
When you purchase a subscription, you will be charged the applicable fee (monthly or annually) at the start of your subscription. The subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it. You are responsible for all recurring payments, and charges will be made using the payment information you provide until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation and Refunds
Your purchase is final, and you will not receive a refund for the subscription fee once the payment is made, except as stated in the Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. No partial refunds will be provided upon cancellation.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Unused Products
  If you have not used the product or service and wish to cancel, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

• Partial Usage
  If you have used less than 10% of your allocated usage (e.g., tokens or generated content) and are dissatisfied with the results obtained through our tools, we will process a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
  
  

• Change of Mind or Purchase Mistakes
  If you change your mind or made a purchase mistake after using more than 10% of your allocated usage, a refund will only be considered if the request is made within the first 10 days of subscribing to a paid plan. After this 10-day period, no refunds will be issued for change of mind or purchase mistakes.
  
  

• Other Cases
  For any cases outside the above conditions, please contact us directly. We will review the issue and determine whether a refund is appropriate.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 7-14 business days).

Refunds will only be provided within 30 days of purchase.
